Securing Million-Dollar Victories for Clients
Michael Della’s entire career has been with Gruenberg Kelly Della
and he became partner in 2012. As a protégé of Guy Gruenberg,
the firm’s cofounder, Mr. Della has a unique and aggressive style
at trial, along with an uncanny ability to maximize the value of his client’s
cases before trial.
Since graduating from Hofstra University School of Law (see
Michael Della's Resume) he has handled complex litigation matters such as:
It was a sign of things to come when he took a verdict of $750,000.00 in
his very first trial. Mr. Della would go on to become one of the youngest
attorneys in New York State history to take a
million-dollar verdict ($1.3M), before the age of 30. Having tried countless cases, Mr. Della
now has multiple million dollar verdicts and has earned the reputation
as a fierce litigator.
Because of his litigation experience and successes in some very high profile
cases, Mr. Della has appeared on the "Today" show with Matt
Lauer, and can be regularly seen on NBC, ABC, Fox News, and CBS. He also
has been quoted in the New York Times, NY Post, Daily News, and Newsday.
Mr. Della is a staunch advocate for victims of personal injury. He works
tirelessly to neutralize the insurance companies multibillion dollar machine
against under-compensating truly injured people. Mr. Della is a member
of the New York State Bar, Federal Court’s Eastern District of New
York, the New York Trial Lawyer’s Association, Suffolk County Bar
Association, and American Bar Association. Additionally, Mr. Della volunteers
his time to coach little league football in North Babylon, New York, in
order to give back to his community.
