Attorney Theresa J. Viera has more than eighteen years’ experience
in the field of law. She began her career as a paralegal for a prominent
personal injury law firm. While working as a paralegal, she continued
her education and became a litigation attorney dedicated to fighting for
those injured as a result of someone else’s negligence. Ms. Viera
has handled thousands of cases including complex labor law matters, automobile
accidents, and premises liability both in the State and Federal Courts
of New York. In her representation of clients, she has developed extensive
experience with motion and appellate practice and trial advocacy. When
she’s not advocating for her clients, she enjoys traveling and spending
time with her husband and two children.
