We will continue to provide you with updates as they develop. This information will also be posted to our webpage: newyorklawgroup.com. As always, we remain reachable via text, e-mail or by telephone at 631-737-4110.

GRUENBERG KELLY DELLA CORONAVIRUS ADVISORY

Due to the continuously evolving events across the globe and locally, we are taking a moment to address how this may impact your case.

Effective Monday, March 16, 2020 at 5PM, all New York State Courts will be postponing non-essential conferences until further notice. As such, civil conferences, hearings, and trials are cancelled and will be rescheduled at the court’s discretion. We will continue to monitor the situation as it develops and do our best to keep you informed.

At the present time, depositions and other non-court related appointments, such as mediations and arbitrations, have not been cancelled. With that said, due to the ever changing climate of this pandemic, this is subject to change. There are alternatives to appearing in person which we are exploring on a case by case basis. If you are scheduled for one of these non-court related appointments, our office will contact you the business day before to confirm.

Gruenberg Kelly Della remains committed to providing our clients with the highest standard of service. We are doing everything in our power to remain as aggressive as ever and we ask for your patience and cooperation during this time. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
