Chase Prochaska, ESQ.

attended Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in History, with minors in English and Legal Studies. During his undergraduate studies, Chase served as Chapter President of the Phi Alpha Theta National Honor Society, completed a semester honors historical studies program in Prague, Czech Republic, and was an active member of the Sigma Tau Delta National English Honor Society. He also gained early legal experience through internships with Siben & Siben LLP and Tinari, O’Connell & Osbourne LLP, where he was exposed to estates and criminal law practice.

 

Chase graduated cum laude and went on to attend Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut. During the summer following his first year, he participated in an international law program at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, while also working as a legal research assistant at Philips, Artura & Cox, Attorneys at Law. In his second year, Chase worked in the Hartford Superior Court through the Yale Memorial Fellowship Program, assisting self-represented litigants with preparing and filing court documents. During this time, he also became a Competition Team member for the Society for Dispute Resolution after successfully competing in the organization’s introductory tournament.

 

During his final year of law school, Chase served as a Semester Legal Clinician with the Connecticut Veterans Legal Center, where he assisted former service members with applications and disputes involving the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. He earned his Juris Doctor with a concentration in International Law and received awards recognizing both excellence in clinical education and superior classroom performance.

 

Following his admission to the bar, Chase worked as a solo practitioner focusing on real estate, estate planning, and litigation matters. He later joined Jakubowski, Robertson, Maffei, Goldsmith & Tartaglia, LLP as an associate attorney, where he practiced commercial and personal injury litigation.

 

Chase currently serves as an associate attorney at Gruenberg Kelly Della, where his practice focuses exclusively on personal injury litigation. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Suffolk County Bar Association.
