Katherine R. Cutrone received her undergraduate degree with honors from SUNY Binghamton in 2008, where she majored in English with a concentration in Journalism. From there, she went on to work for a well-known insurance carrier for close to ten years, handling claims for bodily injury, property damage and homeowner liability. While continuing to work full-time, she obtained her Juris Doctorate from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, whereshe graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2018. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2019, as well as admitted to practice in the Southern District and the Eastern District of New York’s Federal Court system.
Prior to her association with this firm, Ms. Cutrone worked at two well-known defense firms where she represented corporate and private clients in a wide range of civil matters including property damage claims, personal injury actions, and contractual disputes. In addition, she has experience in employment litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage and hour cases.
Ms. Cutrone’s current practice consists of personal injury litigation, representing a wide range of injured parties. She is a dedicated and zealous advocate to all of her clients. Her vast experience working in the insurance field as well as for defense firms in the past, gives her an enhanced advantage in her negotiations with defense counsel and insurance carriers alike.

She was born and raised on Long Island, and is proud to serve her local community by volunteering at Long Island Cares, the Harry Chapin Food Bank.
