Sandhya Prashad, ESQ.

earned her Bachelor’s degree from Adelphi University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from Pace Law School in 2021, graduating Cum Laude, after serving on the eboard of the Pace Law Review and completing Pace’s Criminal Defense Clinic. Since graduating from Pace and being admitted to the New York Bar in 2022, she has spent her entire law career being a voice for those without one. Before coming to Gruenberg Kelly Della, she never lost a trial as a criminal defense attorney. She handled hundreds of felonies and misdemeanors all over New York, fighting for favourable dispositions for her clients and honing motion drafting, discovery review and trial advocacy skills in the process. Her diverse skill set allows her to advise clients on the best way to maximize their case to a jury and to ensure that each client knows they have someone in their corner.
