Joseph N. Timpanaro, Esq.

Joseph Timpanaro is a dedicated attorney at Gruenberg Kelly Della. He has worked on a multitude of personal injury cases including automobile accidents, premises cases, general negligence cases, assault and battery cases, negligent security cases, labor law cases, dog bites, and nursing home negligence cases. With over 6 years of experience, he has a proven track record in not only resolving a plethora of different personal injury actions, but in maximizing the recovery for his clients. It became evident early on in his career that Mr. Timpanaro thrived in areas of oral advocacy and didn’t flinch in the midst of an adversarial arena. In the past 4 years alone, Mr. Timpanaro has settled over 500 cases in excess of 26 million dollars. His zealous advocacy is displayed through his ability to negotiate favorable outcomes with insurance carriers and defense attorneys, as well as present his client’s case in any forum, whether it be, mediations, arbitrations, bench trials or jury trials.

After earning his undergraduate degree from McDaniel College in 2013, he obtained his Juris Doctor from Touro College in 2018, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He began to work at Gruenberg Kelly Della right after graduation as a law clerk and became an associate in February of 2019. Since being admitted, Mr. Timpanaro has handled cases from the infantile stage of investigation and initial negotiation all the way through the litigation process in the State and Federal Courts of New York. He has developed extensive experience in motion practice, litigation strategies and tactics, trial advocacy and complex case resolution.

A former collegiate athlete, outside of the office he enjoys participating in sports such as football and softball which help him maintain a well-rounded perspective in his life and keep his competitive fire lit. It is this competitive edge that he has found translates to the combative art of legal practice in New York State.
