Alyssa M. Iuliano joined Gruenberg Kelly Della in 2014 as a paralegal and is now an Associate attorney at the firm. Ms. Iuliano graduated from the University at Albany in 2014, magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and History. She went on to further her legal career at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2019.  

 

During her time at Touro Law Center, Ms. Iuliano was an active member of the Touro Law Women’s Bar Association and was a research editor for the Touro Law Review. In 2019, Ms. Iuliano went on to publish her first article, “Endrew F. Douglas County School District: The Supreme Court’s Elusive Attempt to Close the Gap Between Some Educational Benefit and Meaningful Educational Benefit” Touro Law Review: Vol. 35: No. 1, Article 11. Ms. Iuliano was recognized by Touro Law Center for her dedication and exceptional contributions to the Touro Law Review prior to her graduation. Ms. Iuliano was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2020.  

 

Throughout her time at Gruenberg Kelly Della, Ms. Iuliano has handled a variety of cases including: automobile accidents, premises liability, general negligence, dog bite(s), and products liability. Ms. Iuliano also handles the firms Surrogates work, including Estate Administration Petitions, Guardianship Petitions, Infant Compromise Orders, and Wrongful Death Compromises.   

 

Ms. Iuliano prides herself on her attention to detail and organization skills, ensuring that every client has a highly personalized experience with the firm. In her free time, Ms. Iuliano likes to read, bake, travel, and spend time with family and friends.
